How SES Group works

SES Group is a sole proprietorship in Odense, owned by Sigurður Eggert Sveinsson. You talk to the person who builds the solution, from the first call to handover.

Every job starts with a written quote giving scope, price and delivery time. If the job turns out to be bigger, I say so before building further, and you decide whether the extra cost is worth it.

From the first call to handover

  1. A 30-minute call

    You describe the job, and I tell you whether it fits one of the products, a job done to order, or neither.

  2. A written quote

    Scope, fixed price and delivery time in writing. The quote is valid for 14 days, and an email is enough to accept it.

  3. Delivery in stages

    The work is delivered in parts you can see and try on your own data before it goes into use.

  4. Handover and support

    Training at the start and support by email. Faults in a delivery are fixed free of charge, and you get a reply within one working day.
