Designed out at the line, not in the office
Systems for manufacturing rarely fail on the technology. They fail when the screen does not fit gloves, noise and a running line. That is why every project starts on the floor, and why the most important design decision is usually what gets removed.
Everything runs on own infrastructure in the EU, and your data is yours: the data processing agreement is signed before any data moves, and if you choose to leave, your data leaves with you.

What are the introductory terms on SES Quality?
The first three clients are onboarded at a substantially reduced fixed price, agreed in writing before the start, and get direct influence on the product's further development.
Where do the systems run, and who owns our data?
On own infrastructure in the EU. Your data is yours: the data processing agreement is signed before any data moves, and on exit your data leaves with you.
Can we have the products in our own visual identity?
Yes. The standard edition ships in the SES identity; your own identity, special fields and integrations are scoped and priced in a written quote.
What if the task turns out larger than the quote?
Then it is raised before building further. There is no invoicing after the fact, and if the task was judged wrong, that is my risk.
How quickly can we start?
The first call can usually happen within a week, with a written quote a few days after. A SES Insight delivery is typically finished five working days after kick-off.
Is Operations Lab really free for educators?
Yes, with no strings attached, and a concept the collection does not cover gets built on request at no charge.
About SES Group
Run by someone who knows both the floor and the code
SES Group is run by Sigurður Eggert Sveinsson: a background on the production floor, a graduate student in Operations Management at the University of Southern Denmark, and the builder of everything on this page. That combination is the point: the problems have been seen in real life, and the solutions get built rather than described.
