Digitising a paper process
A form, checklist or logbook that is filled in on paper today is built as a simple web app for phone or tablet, with the same fields and in the order the work happens.
Connecting systems
Data moves between the ERP, spreadsheets and the plant's own systems through an API or a daily file, so nobody types the same thing twice.
Operations and supply chain analysis
Stock levels, reorder points, capacity, bottlenecks and on-time delivery, analysed on your own figures with operations management methods. You get the result as a spreadsheet or dashboard you can keep using.

SES Quality and SES Insight adapted to your process, your fields or your visual identity.
How the price is set
Small jobs are charged by the hour at DKK 550 ex. VAT, with the scope agreed in advance. Larger jobs get a fixed price in a written quote, valid for 14 days.
If the job turns out to be bigger, I say so before building further. No invoice arrives for anything you have not agreed to.

Who does the work
Sigurður Eggert Sveinsson, an MSc student in Operations Management at the University of Southern Denmark, with a background on the production floor. He built SES Quality, SES Insight and Operations Lab, and he is the person you talk to throughout.
